First I have to understand the reason behind it most commonly has been seen when the kids don’t have sufficient amount of water or they are dehydrated they that your child is not having proper fibre in the diet having more of food which is leading to hard motion so try and include more fibres and fluid in the diet and for the timing you can ask your doctor to advise you with a tool softener
