ANUPAM BACHARGuardian of a 4 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. i recommend not to store milk. This may lead to chances of baby getting contaminated milk as more the time milk remains stored more the chances of increasing bacterial growth as it is hard to track the time of storing milk.

Expressed breastmilk will stay good for 2 to 3 hours in normal room temperature and when refrigerated it stays good between 4 to 6 hours. There is no need to warm or heat refrigerated breastmilk, just thaw it. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child, continue breastfeeding.
