how can I stop breastfeeding to my baby as she is now 1 year.

A. dear is recommended to breastfeed baby along with complementary foods till 2 years. this is because breast milk continues to be a good source of nutrition and helps to support adequate growth also improves immunity. in addition it builds a strong mother child Bond breastfeeding should be stopped gradually

A. If you don't want to breast feed anymore then you can introduce formula milk to replace a feeding session,drop 1 feeding session a week until your child takes all the feeds from a bottle. You can give Aptamil Gold Stage 3 to fulfill the nutritional needs of your baby, it is closest to breast milk, also it has prebiotics and HMOs which is good for gut health and immunity. I think you should give it a try, but before introducing formula milk do consult to your pediatrician.
