How can i restores medicine after once open bcz some medicines we use half and half are rest

Basic medicines can we use up to their shelflife and if it is an antibiotic which is made out of powder and then you have to add some water into it to prepare it for them you just have to use it within maximum of five days after that you can go ahead with this card in those medicines
