ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. no manipulation is required from your end It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

If it is on baby skin then u can apply himalaya calamine lotion on the pimple..
It will be fine.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are parabens free and chemical free
