Try and have dinner by max 7.eat oats and fruits after that if u feel hungry.take lemon and honey in warm water in the morning.try Surya namaskar three four times in the morning.that will make sure you have less food craving.if u have stairs in your house then use them 10-15 times a day please take a go ahead from your gynecologist first
