how can i improve my brest milk...is lactation powder like lactacare is good ?? when i drink that powder that day my baby crys so much...is it because of that powder or is that our illusion..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem we can take powders are lactare capsules also but it is the mother's motivation and determination that is important in getting proper breast milk supply . .

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with the glass of milk daily for four weeks. take probiotics , and seasonal fruits don't use Demineralized water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
