Q.

How can i improve my breastmilk due to covid positive i didnt given my milk for 18 days now i tested negative so please give me suggestion to enhance my breastmilk. Im so much worried about my son he is 7months

A. you have to est n sleep well. take lits of dal, fibre, fruit and water. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. I was also tested positive last month and my daughter was 3 months then..... but i continued to breastfeed her as my doctor suggested me to do so.. Now you can take more protein in your diet and after your meal have some jeera ( just as we eat saunf) .... also you can buy lactose granules from market and have them.. it will surely help.... take care

A. Hi mom Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Wash your hands often before touching your baby Burp well after every feeding
