prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables offer lukewarm water every hour.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

U How to steam it and then you can just mashup properly and add some salt a pinch of black pepper and you can give it to the child it’s basically how are you going to give mashed banana or mashed potato to the child in the similar manner you can go ahead with giving mashed sweet potato as well
