Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advfice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yorurself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

So in such case you should definitely take help of your doctor yet, and you have to consult with gynaecologist about it because Dr can only advise you will have to examine in you and checking your reports. Never take any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr
