how can i change my 4 month old baby name on his birth certificate..the muncipal authorities claims dat the registered cant be changed..is there any procedure to change name

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello yes you cannot change the birth name that is already in the birth certificate m. if at all you want to get it changed then you will have to get an affidavit.. check with any lawyer he may be able to heko you on this
