ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. hello mom you may use warm ghee or coconut oil on the nipple , in between and once you are done with feeding you may wipe with a soft clean and dey cloth and then apply , avoid wearing bra when at home

Sonam PatelMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child1 Year agoA. Hi nipple crack can be painful. Dip a towel in warm water, squeeze the water out and keep the towel on breast. Meet the doc and if required get the medicines. There are creams like nipcare available which can help but make sure to clean it properly before you feed your baby. As of now you can give formula too so that you get some relief. Talk to the pediatrician and you can start with Aptamil Gold stage 1 formula which is said to be closest to breast milk as it has prebiotics and HMOs. Take care.
