How are Prebiotics different from probiotics in function? Which foods contain them?

A. you can give banana, apple and oats along with green leafy vegetables for prebiotics and also you can give prebiotic rich formula milk like Aptamil.

A. The doctor is right.. Apple, bananas, curd, onion, garlic are the foods that contains Prebiotics.
