Actually in an early age kids can actually manage to learn it very quickly but not proper process so you can keep the child in the pool by putting floaters onto the arms of the child which would be good and Slowly the child comfort the child flutter legs also otherwise you can help your child fluttering the legs by holding the hand but correct age to introduce Swimming is after the age of five
