hot water fell on my one year baby head ( right side in front) nerves are lightly seen in black color but no swelling on head is it causes any problem to nerves or brain?

A. do apply cold fomentation at the affected side 3 to 4 times a day for 2-3 days. if the skin is too burn apply aloe vera gel. as per your description it s a not a major problem.
