NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you should not be adding the sugar till the child complete one year and you can insert try to use fruits as a natural sweeter or you can also be adding jaggery as an alternative or you can also be using date syrup which would be good for the growth of the child but no sugar till the child is one year
