Home remedy for watery stools baby is doing 5-6 times . Can i give home mde cerleac with all daals and rice in it?? Or gv khichdi wht to do

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated wityh fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along hwith management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucfous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
