ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. in kids it's better to avoid home remedies for worm infestation as they are difficult to take so consult your doctor for the medicine as it is a single dose medicine to be taken before sleeping and nothing should be given after that not even milk. the dose is repeated after six months. inbetween make sure your child washes hands frequently, keep his nails cut properly, maintain good hygiene
