Baby is suffering cold at that running nose is good only. It will out all the mucus. For cough give honey before bed.
Give hot milk with pepper powder and turmeric.
Give hot soup with pepper.
A warm shower also relief the cold.
Give hot water for drinking continuously.
Add thipili, pepper, jeera, cardamom, lavanga, pattai in water and boil it for 7 to 8 minutes.
And give that water for 3 to 4 times a day.
