ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hi, do warm mustard oil massage on chest back and bottom of feet. give indirect steam inhalation. Roast 2–3 big cloves of garlic & few pinches of Ajwain on tawa for just one minute. You will be able to smell powerful fumes. Let the mixture cool down and make a potli of it and keep near your child bedding. The smell of mixture will heal the cold & cough of your child.

Sonam PrasadMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy6 years agoA. hello dear give warm water to drink regularly and warm veggie soup also give breastfeeding to baby.. For cough and cold: 1. Take 1 or 2 pinches of ajwain or Jeera, boil in little water and feed to your baby when warm. 2. Feed little warm water. 3.Give ajwain potli...heat ajwain ii n a tave till it tunrs black..tie it in muslin cloth and keep it near ur baby. 4. Dip cotton balls in Nilgiri oil and put it in the four corners of the room. 5 You can also add few drops of Nilgiri oil in vapourizer and give the baby steam in a closed room. Remember no direct steam for small babies.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi It will be better if you try to ensure that you are helping your baby by using say line drops in Nasal aspirator to clean up the mucus and also help you baby by giving steam which will be helpful for the baby over this issue
