NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello generally 10 ml if betadine solution is mixed with a small glass if warm water.. this is what my doctor had advised me when I had Infection.. so much woyld be sufficient actually.. you can do it as per your doctor advise

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Just a cap full of the bottle can be put in the warm glass of water and then you can do gargles with it will help your throat to get a disinfectant and you will also feel relaxed also take care of your diet don’t eat anything that is cold or sour
