hlw mam my baby is 8 months old. he has white spot on his back since 2 nonths. plz suggest some lotions or soaps.

There may be some infection
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Apply lotion twice daily
It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
