hlw doctor, my baby is 3 month old , he is not pooping for last 2½ days ... what should be the reason n remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok, because most of the breast milk get absorb n nothing to remain to get out.
