advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from ffruits.
when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements ffrom this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be doing some abdominal exercise which can be helpful and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
