hlw doctor mere 2 year 8 month old baby boy ko kl raat se fever hai shaam 5 bje pacimol DS syrup pilai thi lekin fever nhi Jaa rhi hai abhi 6 hours se kuch nhi khaya Piya hai aur fever tej ho gya hai abhi syrup pilau ya nhi pilau please bataye

A. dear mom. please give him syp pacimol in the right dose. it can be repeat in 4-6 hours. you may do tepid sponging if the. temperature doesn't get normal half hour after giving pcm
