hlw doctor jsb mera baby born hua tha to doctor ne mujhe miracl d3 syrup dia tha jise maine 1 month tak baby ko dia par avi 2 month se nahi de rahi hu kya mai iss drop ko baby ko de sakti hu

A. de do No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help. Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.
