Hello ma’am These things are very common and PCOD so basically you are report says that you had to have PCOD issues and in that there are fibroids and into the body somewhere earlier so maybe that’s the thing that mentioned like this.. But still I would just advise you to consult it with your gynaecologist for a detailed understanding
