hlw doctor ,I have fever after Covid- vaccination ,maine paracetamol n dolo liya tb bhi fever h , antibiotics le skte h ky azithromicyn bgaira ?

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you chtan give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
