hlooo can we give white bread to babies..he is one yr 4m old ? if it is ok..wat qty can be given

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. there is no problem in giving them to the child but at the end it is advisable to keep only very less quantity when giving them full stop it is advisable to go for more non refined wheat

if possible please avoid products with refind flour
please if possible give wheat bread occasionally
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
