hloo mam my baby is 1 mnth and 11 days old.i had pre mature delivery in starting of 8th month...so can I gave cow's milk to my baby...

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Cow's milk should not be introduced in baby's diet till the baby turns one year old. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Is your breast milk production not enough? Cow's milk has less iron content when compared to breast milk or iron fortified formula milk. And iron is essential for baby's growth at this point in time.
