Hloo Dr...my baby z 2 mnths old nw but he didn't fresh properly...He farts alots but didn't fresh. He fresh by 4 or 5th day by add shakkar in d milk. what can i do because its a big problem for me and him also.

Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Give shakkar once ur baby completes one year. Not before than that.
Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more.
Breastfeeding babies are rarely constipated.
Do cycling exercise of legs and lift the legs and gently press across the tummy for bowel movement.
