Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty of water and ttake seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist

Yes So in this case I would advise you to have iron supplements for at least six months apart from that you should go ahead with applying onion coconut oil which you can buy ready-made from Amazon or mama earth otherwise you can prepare it very well at home it’s very easy to find a recipe online for that
