Hlo sir,my baby is 6 months old and she is going motion daily 10 to 12 times in green colour.zinc syrup is using for that from 5 days . what is the reason for that? could you please tell the solution.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babiies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.

Dark-green poop is most common in babies who are starting solid foods that are green in color, such as spinach and peas. Iron supplements can also cause your baby's poop to turn green.
