include Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron.
Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana.
Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes, dates, pomegranate . Are also good source of iron.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello give your child iron rich food in the diet and you should include apple raisins beetroot other dry fruits and green leafy vegetables like spinach especially which all are rich in iron content and in regards to supplements check with your doctor if needed
