hlo ,my son is 3 month old, having problem of gas.vo lactogen milk pite hi gas k sath potty kr rha h thodi thodi har bar,gave wallamycin but not effect

A. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. good to Please consult your paediatrician . Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Hi parent Breast milk is the best food for her. so if possible please give her breast feeding only. don't over feed or force feed her. give her tummy time daily for coupe of minutes. take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
