hlo... my child is 3years old... I sent a picture... he had a white r yellow type of this in genetal area... please doctor tell me what is this...

This which is difficult to figure out what it maybe and it may be just nothing so better to have an assessment with your doctor they will check properly and they’ll have a fair idea as there is genuinely some problem or not for that or physical assessment of your child
