A. Before giving any medication or supplement to your child, especially for loose motions, it's crucial to consult with a pediatrician or healthcare provider. They can properly assess your child's condition and provide appropriate guidance. Regarding the change from cow's milk to Nandini standardized milk, sudden changes in diet can sometimes cause gastrointestinal upset in young children. It's possible that the switch in milk could be a contributing factor to your child's loose motions. However, it's essential to confirm this with a healthcare professional. As for Echonorm Satchit, it's a probiotic supplement that may help restore the balance of good bacteria in the gut, which can be beneficial for some cases of diarrhea or loose motions. However, the dosage and suitability for your child should be determined by a healthcare provider. In the meantime, you can focus on keeping your child hydrated with plenty of fluids such as water, breast milk, or oral rehydration solutions recommended by your pediatrician. Avoid giving any over-the-counter medications or supplements without medical advice.
