Hlo, meri baby ko constipation ki problem ho gyi hai. 3 din se usne stool pas nhi kiya bich me ek din kiya tha but hard stool pas kiya tha to abi kya krna chahiye. plz suggest..

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, aap baby ko fibre rich diet dijiye.Usme daliya khichdi with boiled and mashed veggies mix karke dijiye. fresh fruits bhi dijiye. Banana abhi thoda time avoid kijiye. Aur abhi sirf khichi hi dijiye . Pehle bowel movements settle ho jayein fir aap normal diet start kijiye.
