ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. thanksit can be acne, pytriasis alba , vitiligo , milia or vitamin deficiencies. better to consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same. limit the use of skin products and oils in baby. first get it evaluated properly

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
