hlo mam mam my baby is 2.5 years. her urine pennis front part is not there doctor said for surgery when we have to plan this surgery

A. Your doctors are only going to tell you when you have to plan for a surgery what is going to be the right time when is your child ready for a surgery accordingly they’re going to advise you proceeded with what your doctor has to advise you and just go ahead with that
