Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent you may but bette to take it natural way curd is the best source of it a bowl of curd is sufficient for daily intake. if you take more then also it's ok bht you cannnot take over dose of a tablet so please dojr over use supplements use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take care keep asking
