Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

Mediation is a good way for it.Generally,the last trimester no expecting mother can sleep which is normal as the baby tends to be more active. In fact you will be hungry as well so eat nicely,read good books always keep your mind calm this will help in normal delivery and dont watch the news because of the current scenario that will only add to your stress.
