hlo maam i m not feeling comfortable raat ko aur din mai b bilkul neend nhi aati jbh b sone ki koshish krti hu baichaini aur ghabrahat shuru ho jaati aisa lgta hai saans nhi aayegi agar so gyi toh aur gla bahut sukhta hai mera plz help kya kru jis sey comfortably so saku aur proper rest ley saku full time walk hi krti rehti hu depression ho raha bahut aur dar bhi lg raha ki kya hoga n kaise plz help

A. may be you have anxiety disorder ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. First of all dont be afraid and panic that will reflect on the baby.Be calm and at peace always. Mediation is a good way for it.Generally,the last trimester no expecting mother can sleep which is normal as the baby tends to be more active. In fact you will be hungry as well so eat nicely,read good books always keep your mind calm this will help in normal delivery and dont watch the news because of the current scenario that will only add to your stress.
