yes you can have flaxseeds
while you are breasfeeding have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well
sleep well and take proper rest

No you should not start taking it regularly because it can kill the nutrition’s baby is getting through Mother’s diet. When babies are totally your mother’s milk then you have to mix and keep of proper diet because baby’s overall growth and weight gain depends on Mother’s diet
