here I suggest some remedies,hope it help:
keep your body well hydrated
drink warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt twice in a day.
use jeggary instead of sugar while making food
you can take small balls which are made from jeggary ,dry ginger powder and pinch of turmeric powder as medicine.
or take mixture of honey and ginger
or keep small piece of jethimadh roots in your mouth.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
wear weather appropriate clothes
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
