Sac is not seen that is very specifically mentioned apart from that what exactly are you looking for that the Dr is going to give you a clear advised certain things mentioned in the report so it is better that you clear all your doubts with your respected gynaecologist or wait as soon as a doctor would be available I’m sure they’ll help you
