Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be insect bites , allergic reaction to food , fabric or cosmetics or heat or sweating or Infection so I advise to apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it or try cool pack on this keep that area clean. prefer Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child in cool and dry place. keep the surrounding clean by using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
