roti soaked in Dal and vegetable, vegetable Dal rice vegetable khichdi, vegetable Daliya, Pulao, idli dosa soaked in thick vegetable sambar
laspsi,upma, sheera
Porridge, Kheer
include curd along with meal
paneer
variety of seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits
egg and non-veg
give four meals a day
