A. hello doctor.... is zinconia is a syrup N' hw many ml should I give him.... nd hw many time

A. ok df ait is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
