A. constipation in children can be distressing and lead to discomfort. to prevent this condition, it's important to promote a healthy diet rich in fiber, fruits, vegetables, and fluids. encouraging regular physical activity also helps regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation. limiting processed foods and foods high in sugar can also aid in maintaining regularity. additionally, creating a regular bathroom routine and ensuring children have access to clean and codmfortable bathroom facilities can help prevent constipation. if constipation persists despite these measures, consulting a pediatrician is recommended to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give prune juice to the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Also give fiber rich food items like soups and salads to the baby. Please increase water intake of the baby. Also boil saunf pudina and ajwain in water and give that water to the baby on cooling off. Thanks and take care
