Thik ho jta b anovate cream se sitz bath se pr br br December se yeh problem chlri hai. or ab mene 2nd baby conceive kia hua h jo ki 2nd month chlra hai or iske lie delophac syrup b mein leri hu. ye problem mri jldi thk hojye constipation ki iske lie m kya kru?

A. aapko green leaf vegetables Leni hai aur seasonal fruits bhi kaafi matra mien pani Leni hai ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
